Dataset description

A study for solo clarinet on 'venting'; the technique of altering a clarinet fingering by opening holes further up the instrument (skipping at least one closed hole above the terminator hole), which sharpens pitch, can afford register shifting and increases possibilities for multiphonics. This study focusses on the second venting effect of register changes using halfhole technique.
