"Ion current data" folder contains the raw ion current traces recorded. These are devided in subfolders according to the figure number utilized in the publication and their sample name. The ion current traces are in axon binary file (abf) format.These can be analysed with compatible softwares such as: Clampfit, Origin, Matlab.
