METHODS ---------- Total RNA libraries were prepared from 1 μg RNA with an RNA integrity number > 9 from Ewing sarcoma cell lines using a TruSeq Stranded Total Library Preparation kit with Ribo- Zero Human (Illumina, CA, USA). Samples were pooled (100 ng per sample) before paired-end sequencing using an Illumina HiSeq3000 apparatus (151 cycles, Illumina). FASTQ files are available.
