1. ABOUT THE DATASET -------------------- Title: Scanning electron diffraction data on Fe-BTC and MIL-100 Creator(s): Sean M. Collins[1], Adam Sapnik [2], Chao Sun[1], Joonatan E. M. Laulainen[2], Duncan N. Johnstone[2], Rik Brydson[1], Timothy Johnson[3], Paul A. Midgley[2], Thomas D. Bennet[2] Organisation(s): 1. University of Leeds. 2. University of Cambridge. 3. Johnson Matthey PLC. Rights-holder(s): The authors Publication Year: 2023 Description: This dataset contains original scanning electron diffraction data acquired on MIL-100 and Fe-BTC samples presented in the linked publication. The dataset also contains associated calibration data. The data is presented in HDF5 file format, consistent with the hyperspy Python package, an open-source package coded in Python. CONTENTS ----------- The dataset contains scanning electron diffraction data on AuX (gold cross-grating, diffraction calibration standard), MoO3 (molybdenum trioxide, diffraction rotation calibration standard - rebinned along the diffraction axes to reduce file size), Fe-BTC, and MIL-100. Files are named in the following template: [Sample]_[Time stamp]_[Magnification]_[Condenser aperture, i.e. 10 micron aperature]_[Camera length]_[Anode voltage 'A2' in the JEOL ARM-300CF] Files are provided as HDF5 files compatible with hyperspy, an open-source Python package (hyperspy.org). Additional images of the gold cross-grating sample for image calibration are provided as TIFF files: AuX_100kx_10umAp_20cmCL_3p55A2.tiff AuX_150kx_10umAp_20cmCL_3p55A2.tiff AuX_200kx_10umAp_20cmCL_3p55A2.tiff 5. METHODS ---------- The methods are described in detail in the associated publication [URL].
