CONTENTS ----------- File listing: How to access files: To access the zip files (.zip) use native Windows software or software such as WinZip/ 7-Zip to extract the files from the archive. To access the files for raw Spectroscopy and FLIM data (.opju) use the software Origin Pro 2019 (or higher version). To access .xlsx files use Microsoft Office 2007 or higher. To access .tiff files use Fiji/ImageJ open-source software (see https://imagej.net/software/fiji/). To access .bmp files , use any standard photo viewer. Information about file labelling: Some of the raw data file names require explanation. "before" means before electrophoresis. "after" means after electrophoresis. "0V" means with no electric field applied (also before electrophoresis). "45V" means with a 45V/cm electric field applied (i.e., after electrophoresis). Some of the raw data file names refer to the weight/weight TR/DOPC concentration where: "1dot5pc" means 1.5% wt/wt which is equal to 0.85% mol/mol, "1pc" means 1% wt/wt which is equal to 0.57% mol/mol, "0dot5pc" means 0.5% wt/wt which is equal to 0.28% mol/mol. 5. METHODS ---------- - Detailed information about methods is available in the published article.
