CONTENTS ----------- The data supporting this work is devided is three main folders: "DNA origami design", "AFM micrographs", and "Ion current data". "DNA origami design" folder contains the Cadnano file of the DNA tile design and an excel file with all the corresponding staple sequences. "AFM microgaphs" folder contains raw AFM scan files acquired for the samples used in this study. "Ion current data" folder contains the raw ion current traces files for each measurement. These are devided in subfolders according to the figure number utilized in the publication and their sample name. The ion current traces are in axon binary file (abf) format.These can be analysed with compatible softwares such as: Clampfit, Origin, Matlab.
