Dataset description

This is the dataset associated with the materials study performed on the IR active E1u phonon within the Bi₂(Te₍₁₋ₓ₎Seₓ)₃ alloy system. It contains THz and DC conductivity data that show the change in phonon dynamics over a wide range of temperatures and stoichiometries.
