This dataset contains experimental mechanical and imaging data as well as computational models as described in http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.jmbbm.2015.03.028 (see related ressources).

This study contains data on two types of samples: 2D samples and 3D samples.
For each of the three 2D samples (file names starting by tt0), data consists as two tif images (unloaded and loaded sample), one csv file with points of interest displacement.

cohesiveModelResults2D.csv contains the computational results of the 2D analysis
cuboidAFData.csv contains the experimental data of the 3D samples
cuboidAFModel.py is generic python file for abaqus analyis of the 3D samples
cohesiveModelResults3D.csv contains the computational results of the 3D analysis
